REINHART FOODSERVICE ACQUIRES SUPREME FOODS INC.

ROSEMONT, IL, September 12, 2008 – Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced that Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. (RFS) an independent food distributor in its group of family-owned businesses, entered into an agreement to acquire Supreme Foods Inc., based in Suffolk, Virginia. The transaction is anticipated to close on September 22, 2008.

Michael Dilday, President of Supreme Foods Inc., said, “Supreme Foods has had a tremendous 35 year run as an independent operation and we are immensely proud of what our parents and employees have accomplished to date. Reinhart FoodService will strengthen what we have built to date.” David Dilday, Executive Vice President, said, “We are truly excited about the growth opportunities for all of us in joining Reinhart FoodService."

Mark Drazkowski, CEO of Reinhart FoodService, said, "Jesse and Bernice Dilday built a great company in 1973 with their sons Michael and David growing it into a superb customer-focused business. Reinhart FoodService will benefit from both Michael and David’s leadership and the inroads they have already made in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk markets."

The company will retain its name, operating as the Supreme Foods division of Reinhart FoodService and it will continue to be led by Michael Dilday and David Dilday. The acquisition includes Supreme’s 76,000 square foot warehouse in Suffolk, Virginia.

Reinhart FoodService is a progressive and growing broadline foodservice distributor with sales of $3 billion in 2007. The company has a distribution facility in Richmond, Virginia, in addition to 18 other distribution centers serving food service customers in parts of 37 states across the country. The Supreme Foods division in Suffolk will be the 20th RFS operation complementing the current chain-focused Richmond operation as well as expanding RFS’ reach to independent food service operators and chain restaurant operators in Virginia and North Carolina through Supreme’s long standing local restaurateur relationships.
